RTP Carbon Fiber Inserts are sized to fit your normal shoe size. To properly size the insert, stand barefoot and measure foot in cm and that converts to proper size.
RTP Carbon Fiber Inserts only come in full sizes. If you wear a half size go down to nearest size. If you wear a 10 ½ then order a 10.
RTP Carbon Fiber Inserts are sized for men. Women’s shoes are generally 1 size larger than men’s, so if a female wears a size 10 she would order a male's size 9.
