Often used for early states of turf-toe, hallux limitus, hallux rigidus, and sesamoiditis. Recommended for people with soreness primarily after activity. The MME inserts take up less room in shoe than the full inserts, allowing it to work in a greater variety of shoes. The MME insert also works well with narrow feet.
