2. Activity Level (0–3 points)

How active are you during a typical day?

  • 0 = High activity (court sports, soccer, on feet most of day)
  • 1 = Moderate activity (field sports, regular walking, light exercise)
  • 2 = Light activity (occasional walking or standing)
  • 3 = Mostly seated / sedentary

3. Type of Activity / Demand on Foot (0–3 points)

What type of movements or demands are placed on your foot?

  • 0 = High (sports, running)
  • 1 = Moderate (long walks, inclines, hiking, uneven terrain)
  • 2 = Low (light errands, short walks outside)
  • 3 = Very low (casual home walking, mostly flat surfaces)

Total Your Score

Add up your points from the three sections (maximum score = 9):

0–3 Semi-Rigid – For active individuals with low pain and high function that need minimal support
4–6 Rigid – For moderate pain, moderate to high activity needing moderate support
7–9 Arthritic / Post-Op – For high pain and low activity, or when foot needs maximum protection
