These shoe inserts are amazing and highly recommended! I was pretty skeptical as to whether they would help with my turf toe condition, as I’ve had surgery once on them years ago and am now in the advanced stages and needing my big toe joints fused. The semi-rigid carbon fiber inserts have allowed me to remain active with hiking and to be able to get through my work days very well. I’m on my feet all day long at work and without these in my shoes I’m in some pretty serious pain by the end of the day. With the inserts, however, I’m still in pretty good shape and able to carry on with activities after work, whether that be working around the house, grocery shopping, or going for a walk around the neighborhood or short hike or bike ride. Pretty amazing! I’m now at the point where Brad from RTP recommended the rigid versions, since my condition has advanced, and I’m ordering those right now. Thanks to my doctor for recommending these guys and to RTP for a pretty amazing product!

What I have found unique about this product compared to the dozen of other brands of inserts is that they are extremely thin and lightweight but extremely effective. I have been experiencing extreme toe pain due to hallux rigidus and these provide the “stiffness” needed to walk decreasing the pain and yet allowing for room in your shoes. One may have luck inserting underneath the lining of your current shoe.
You are also able to order these as a single and can flip them over depending if you need a right or left insert.
The customer service and price point are both excellent. The only down side is O wish I would have had these 4 years ago.
You will not be sorry with your purchase.

These are great. Great customer services helped me select the correct type of insert. I have a fused metatarsal joint from a surgery that is arthritic and haven’t been able to wear any of my regular shoes for several years. After I got these I can wear all my old shoes except one pair that has a tight toe box for which probably nothing would ever work. I’m thrilled. I’m about to order another pair so I don’t have to switch the inserts between shoes so much.

I started using RTP insoles maybe 10 or more years ago to protect my feet while racing 100 miles on the trails. I always preferred a lightweight trainer over a “trail” shoe, so the insoles gave me the rock protection the lighter shoes lacked. When I had big toe joint problems 6 years ago, I wore them to limit shoe flex…which really helped. Now I have my daughter wearing them (for big toe pain) and my wife wants to try them to alleviate foot pain.
Keep up the good work. Sure love your product and often suggest it to runners suffering big toe, arch pain and etc.

This product is amazing. The arthritis in my big toe was so bad that I could not get through a tennis match. The orthopedist recommended this insert. Within a week of using it for tennis and walking, I was playing PAIN-FREE. Thank you so much!

I have been referring my patients to RTP Fast for several years now. I use the Semi-Rigid and Rigid inserts routinely after open reduction and internal fixation of Jones fractures, in patients with metatarsalgia, midfoot arthritis, after Lisfranc fracture-dislocations and other midfoot traumatic injuries. My patients report improvement in their symptoms and excellent service from the company. Highly recommended!

This has been a game-changer for me. I am 55 and very active. I had determined that I was likely to need foot surgery to alleviate the pain that began to limit my activities. Dr. Herbst of Central Indiana Orthopedics recommended the semi-rigid insert and my pain level went from an 8 to a 1. Obviously, I am a huge fan!

I am overwhelmed by the excellent customer service provided by RTP Fast regarding a return. This is a very high-quality business with superb customer handling procedures. They are very responsive to inquiries. I especially want to commend Brag Gerig for his customer-centric responsiveness.
